We have added my OneRoom theme to SVN. Chris installed SYNTOF and at the moment added an option to change width, which was one of the main complaints from users. I have created a new page for this project: OneRoom – 3 columns theme. Feel free to propose new features or improvements in the comments.
The original Oneroom (version 1) is tagged at http://svn.wpsynergy.org/themes/oneroom/tags/1.0
